Querying specific transactions with your clients can be time consuming and require typing out of copying transaction details over to emails, Whatsapp and more.
In Coconut, you can easily query one or more transactions by selecting the ones your want to ask your client about, and then clicking 'Query transactions':
Here's how it works in Coconut Portal:
In the Bookkeeping tab, select the transactions you'd like to query from the list by checking the boxes.
Click 'Query transaction' at the top of the table—the popup modal will confirm the transactions you have selected.
Click 'Copy to clipboard'.
You'll then be able to paste this information in an email to your client.
