Typically we expect your card to arrive within 7-days of the order.
Coronavirus Update: The combination of Covid related staff shortages, lockdown, and other seasonal delays means that Royal Mail is busier than ever. Although your card will not be sent via tracked post we still expect customers to receive these within 10-working days of order.
Should you be concerned about your card being lost in the mail or worry that it's taken longer than expected, feel free to reach out to our team for reassurance or to arrange a replacement.
Activating my card
You activate your card through the Coconut app. When prompted, you'll be asked for the last 4 digits of your card to activate it.
Enter these, then hey presto, your card's activated and you can start tracking your expenses (provided you've added some funds to your account).
