Why is my transaction marked 'transaction locked'

The status of 'locked transaction' will have been set by your accountant. This is generally set when they have reviewed your transactions as part of completing your accounts or tax return. Locking prevents any accidental changes being made.

Whilst you will not be able to edit the transaction amount or expense category etc you can still add notes for your reference and attach receipts.

If you want the lock removing please contact your accountant.
