Your accountant might have shared with you a web page to sign up for Coconut or a QR code that opens that page.

When you land on the page, which may look like on the one below, enter your email address in the box.

It will then show you a QR to scan if you’re on the desktop or, if you are on mobile, buttons to Google Play Store and the App Store. Both the buttons and the QR code will take you to the relevant app stores to download the app.

Once you’ve downloaded the app, you will be guided through the sign-up and when you're all set, you will be automatically matched with your accountant. The last step is to connect your bank accounts so that your accountant will can manage your books through the Accountant Platform.

Email

Your accountant can also invite you through the Accountant Platform. Once they send the invite you should receive an email with QR code and links to the app stores, which will look like this.

If you’re on mobile, click the links that will take you to the App Store or the Google Play store where you can download the app. If you’re on the desktop, scan the QR code instead.
