You might be thinking of pausing your Coconut current account, removing your linked bank accounts from the app, or switching plans. You might even have some questions or feedback for us before you make a final decision.

Here are a few ideas we can suggest if you need help with the following:

Downgrading your subscription

If your current plan is not quite right for you, but you'd still like to use Coconut, there are a couple of simple ways for you to downgrade your subscription.

Pausing your subscription

If you'd like to pause your subscription for a few months, we can help. All you need to do is fill in this form and the team will get back to you in the next 24h.

Making your subscription inactive

If you don't want to pay a monthly fee, we can make your subscription inactive. You'll still be able to login and access your account, but you'll be limited in how you can use the app.

To find out more about this option, you can contact support via the in-app chat, or start your request by completing this form.

Closing your Coconut Current Account, and keep using Coconut as an accounting tool

If the Coconut Current Account isn't right for you, that's okay. You can still make the most of the bookkeeping and tax features we offer.

You can close your Coconut current account, and connect other bank accounts and credit cards to Coconut to help you claim expenses, get paid and work out how much tax you owe. Think of it like a ‘bolt on’ to your bank account to make it more powerful.

To use Coconut in this way, here are the steps you need to take.

Closing your account

If you'd like a full closure, please fill in this short form and a member of the team will get in touch with you.

We always aim to get back to you in 24h during weekdays, but if you still have questions for us in the meantime, or after consulting the form, you can either:
