Our Customer Support team works 9am until 6pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays. Outside of these hours, you can still get in touch with us through the methods above and we'll respond as soon as we can. 

Our phone line is for emergencies, such as lost and stolen cards or if you think there is fraud on your account. It's available 24/7 to help you block or cancel your card or account.

During office hours you'll have the option to speak to one of our team or leave a message for someone to call you back. If you reach the voicemail option at any time, please leave a message with your name and the nature of your issue; our team will be notified immediately and we'll work quickly to respond to urgent issues.
