To set up a Direct Debit to be taken from your Coconut Account, the company you're authorising to take payments will need your account number and sort code.
You can find your account number and sort code in your Coconut app or the front of your Coconut debit card.
If you're setting up Direct Debits, make sure you've got sufficient funds in your account to avoid your payments failing.
Once you've a Direct Debit payment is processed, you'll be able to see the details in your Coconut app. You can also cancel your Direct Debits from the app.
You'll sometimes be asked for the bank name and address when setting up a Direct Debit. If you get asked that you'll need these details:
Bank name: Prepay Technologies
Address: Station Square, 1 Gloucester Street, Swindon, SN1 1GW

You can always cancel any of your Direct Debits in your Coconut app. Head to the "More" tab and tap on Direct Debits. Then tap on the Direct Debit you'd like to cancel, and push "Cancel".
This will send an instruction to the company that you set up the Direct Debit with that they are no longer authorised to take payments from your account.
Please ensure you cancel your Direct Debit at least 3 working days before the next payment is due: if you fail to do so, you may see the payment leave your account. If that happens, get in touch with support.
