Finding my PIN
You can find your PIN anytime in your Coconut app. You'll need your Coconut debit card handy too.
On the 'Transactions' tab, swipe 'left' at the top of the screen to reveal your Coconut only transactions & tap the card icon at the top of your screen, tap "PIN", then "View my PIN". Then enter the 3 digit security code on the back of your card to reveal it.
Changing my PIN
You can change your card PIN at most UK bank ATMs by selecting the PIN services option. As PINs are encoded onto your debit card, the card needs to be physically present to update it, so we don't offer this through the app.
My card PIN's blocked
If you enter your card PIN incorrectly too many times when you're trying to make a purchase, it will get blocked until 23:59 on the same day.
From there, you'll need to head into your Coconut app to get your PIN. Tap "PIN" in the Card Drawer (you'll need your security number from your card): Head to your 'Transactions' tab, swipe 'left' at the top of the screen to reveal your Coconut only transactions & tap the card icon at the top of your screen.
Equipped with your PIN, head to a UK ATM that offers PIN Services and follow the instructions to unblock your PIN.
Unfortunately we can't help you unblock your PIN without heading to an ATM. As the PIN gets blocked on the debit card itself, the unblock process has to be done at an ATM because the card needs to be physically present.
